Dr. Erin Dobleo was born and raised in St. Augustine and attended the University of North Florida for her undergraduate education in Biology. Her interest in optometry developed from needing glasses and hard contact lenses as a teenager and the frustration that came with finding comfortable and clear vision. She attended the University of Missouri- St. Louis College of Optometry, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree upon graduation in May 2004. She returned to Jacksonville thereafter to work in private and corporate practice settings, along with volunteering for the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless and the Vision Is Priceless Council.
Dr. Dobleo is a Florida board-certified optometrist, licensed to treat ocular disease with topical and oral medications, in addition to performing comprehensive eye health exams and contact lens fittings. She particularly enjoys fitting disposable multi-focal lenses in those patients who would like freedom from their bifocal or progressive glasses. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the Northeast Florida Optometric Society. When not at work, she enjoys playground dates and pool time with her two small children.
