I don't normally do reviews but this is a place that people need to know about. The location itself is very spacious and incredibly well kept. Vision Today houses a big selection of frames and a staff that makes you feel at home.Customer service was outstanding! The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They walked me through the exam and made the experience enjoyable. Dr. Powell was very professional but at the same time very personable. I'm not sure how else to describe it. The sales reps were, unsurprisingly, very helpful as well. My insurance was made clear to me by the rep that was helping me with my glasses. Only drawback is having too many options to choose from. I miss the simpler days where my choices were either Black or Black but in a lighter shade. All said and done, I went in for an exam and glass and walked out with both as well as an experience. Oh, and a cup of coffee. Free coffee.
The staff is professional, fast, knowledge, and friendly. They offer great discounts, deals, and services! They answered all of my questions and were more thorough than any other glasses place I’ve ever been to in the past.I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my glasses/contact needs! 🙂
The place is nice, big, & colorful. The music also contributed to a laid-back ambiance. The front desk & tech staff are also very friendly. My office visit co-pay was what I expected, which is a relief. I learned what was actually causing my current eye floater & got a referral to a specialist. I will definitely be back for follow-ups & glasses exams!
He has been my eye doctor for about 3 years now. He always keep me informed on what going. I love that he moved to a new location it more peaceful and loving environment. The staff is amazing as well, once i walked in i felt welcomed.
My daughter has a very "challenging" prescription. Everyone here, Doctor to staff, are superb! Caring and conscientious. Friendly and fun. This establishment is old school in their business practices and new school in their ability to get the very best vision solution to you.
